It all started
in 1992 when I was hired by HBC Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation
as an On-Air Personality for WOJO 105.1FM. I was on the air on the
weekends and during the weekdays I was working full time with Metro
Networks as a Traffic Reporter for WIND 560AM and WOJO 105.1FM.
As the years
went by, I brought myself up within the company and in 1994 I was
a full time Disc Jockey for WOJO. In 2001, WOJO went through management
transition and I successfully stepped in as Intern-Program Director.
I did this for a period of three months and by 2002 I was promoted
to work in Albuquerque, New Mexico as a Program Director for a period
of seven months.
am back in Chicago and I work at Benito Juarez Academy in the Discipline
Office and Im also assisting TV and Radio Classes. I am also
involved in the Juarez Radio Club and attend Northeastern University.
I am working on completing my bachelors and acquire my teaching
certification in secondary education. I am very close to my family
and I am also a Christian. I feel very blessed with my new niece
and with the quality time that I spend with my family. So far I
have realized that nothing of the things that I have done would
off been possible if it wasnt for God who guided me through
At this moment,
I am facing new goals like getting my teaching certification and
now that I know more about the word of God, I see things differently
in a way that I can relate myself better with the things that I
have to do and accomplish. I admit that the one who takes all the
credit for who I am and who I will be is the Lord.
